Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in Pakistan. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of PKR 250 for all orders within Pakistan. No hidden charges or extra fees will be added to your order at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for any delays or missed deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@keshodias.com. We will investigate the issue and ensure the situation is resolved as quickly as possible.
